Itinerary
Safari Details.
Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe airport and transfer to the hotel.
After you arrive at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly received and welcomed by our professional tour guide and transfer to hotel in Entebbe town for overnight and preparation for the journey to the park.
Optional: When you arrive early you may opt to go for a tour around Entebbe botanical gardens along Lake Victoria with its preserved ecosystem with number of bird species with a clear lake view.

Optional: Lake Victoria and Entebbe Zoo tour.
Day 2: Transfer from Entebbe to Kidepo Valley National Park.
You will have your breakfast and depart Entebbe through the busy Kampala city and drive to Kidepo Valley National Park. We shall have a stopover in Gulu for lunch and refreshments.
Later we shall proceed with the journey Pass through the scenic countryside, with views of rolling hills and rural villages
Arrive at the park in the evening and check-in to the lodge for our overnight.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive.
After your breakfast, we shall embark on the early morning game drive where you will expect to spot wildlife, including: Lions, Leopards, Elephants, Giraffes, Antelopes (including Jackson's hartebeest and oribi)
Lunch: Picnic in the bush or return to lodge.
Afternoon: Afternoon game drive in the park, focusing on areas you might have missed in the morning. From there we shall come back at the lodge for overnight.

Day 4: Rhino tracking and Karamajong Cultural Experience.
You will have breakfast in the bush. This day four will introduce you to another big five creature known as white rhinos. You will track these giants on foot together with your guide. The tracking will take 3-4 hours, upon finding the rhinos you will have time of seeing it, capturing videos and photos as your guide will be elaborating more about the rhinos.
Lunch: Return to your lodge for lunch and relaxation. As you wait for evening cultural experience encounter with the Karamajong community.
You will visit a local Karamojong community. Engage with the locals to learn about their lifestyle and traditions. Experience their various cultural traditional practices such as cultural dance, music, lifestyle and their building architecture, how they do animal grazing among other practices.
Return back to the lodge with stanning view of clear open sky, rolling topography surrounding the park, enjoy the beautiful sunset views of Kidepo valley national park.
Overnight: Stay at your accommodation at the lodge inside the park.

Day 5: Scenic.
Morning: You will have your breakfast then dive into a drive to the higher elevations for panoramic views of the park. This is great for photography and enjoying the scenery. You will later come back for lunch.
Afternoon: Visit the hot springs (Ngwaturo hot springs) within the park and engage in more wildlife viewing of antelopes (including Jackson's hartebeest and oribi) Hyenas, Cheetahs, Wild dogs, Birds like Ostriches, Secretary birds and then later in the evening you will head back to your lodge for dinner and overnight at your accommodation.

Day 6: Transfer from the park to Fort-Patiko in Gulu city.
After breakfast you will hit the road from the park while enjoying the dry valleys in Karenga to Gulu. Upon your reaching Gulu city you will have your lunch and after proceed to Sir. Samwel Baker slave trade fighting camp of Fort-Patiko. You will tour this historical site with its amazing construction material, great history and its strategic location to stop slave trade.

Day 7: Departure from Gulu city to Entebbe international airport.
From your breakfast, you will embark on your journey back to Kampala city to catchup with your flight back home at Entebbe international airport. You will have your lunch at a hotel in Kampala city.
